Kilmartin Glen & Glencoe Tour

Discover the ancient history of Argyll as we make our way down Kilmartin Glen, steeped in history from hundreds of years ago, to view the medieval head stones and standing stones of mass burial cairns. We then tour by the shores of Scotland's longest fjord, Loch Fyne, to the Royal Burgh of Inveraray, the 17th century white walled Georgian town and the Seat of the Clan Campbell. We then travel through Glen Kinglas to the Rest and be Thankful and the Arrochar Alps, towards Loch Lomond. We then return by the narrow loch side and make our way through the very dramatic Glencoe, famous for the massacre, which took place 13th February 1692, of the small branch of MacDonalds who settled there.
